I just wanted to give you some feedback on Leonora, who looked after my baby Lucy for the last two days.
Leonora was absolutely brilliant and I couldn't be more impressed or more happy with the wonderful care she gave Lucy over these two days. She was kind, caring and sensitive to Lucy and also to me, as I was very nervous leaving Lucy for the first time in the care of someone I didn't know. She wrote down everything she and Lucy had done each day, as well as how Lucy was during the day - I really appreciated this level of detail as it gave me better idea of how they spent their time. I was very impressed that on the 2nd day Leonora bought different toys for Lucy to play with, music for Lucy to listen to etc. On the 2nd day when Leonora arrived, Lucy heard her voice and started smiling and looking for her - a very good sign!
Again, I just can't stress enough how good Leonora was and how comfortable I felt on the 2nd day leaving Lucy with her. I will definitely seek Leonora out each time I visit Cairns (which will be often over the next couple of months) and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to other parents. Thank you so much for recommending her to me."
